Subject: refusing to exchange and refund the value of a defective “Proton” car without additional charges incurred by consumer

Judgment was passed in the session held on 23/09/2014: the defendant shall pay one hundred thousand pounds and bear the expenses of publishing the judgment in Gomhoreyaand Akhbar newspapers in addition to paying other related criminal expenses. Defendant shall also pay 40001 pounds as a temporary civil compensation for civil prosecution and fifty pounds for attorney fees.
