This publication is issued based on Ministry of Health Decree No. 7 of 2015 prohibiting the circulation of the said products and canceling its registration numbers, for including unapproved allegedly treating components, thus could be harmful to human health. In addition, it does not comply with procedures stated in Article (64) of Law No. 127 of 1955 on the Practice of Pharmacy.
Accordingly, please take all legal procedures in case of seizing such products from and out of any pharmaceutical institution.
